创新要素错配对中国城市群经济高质量发展的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Misallocation of Innovation Factors on the High-quality Economic Development in China's Urban Agglomerations

Abstract
Based on the panel data of 19 state-level urban agglomerations in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper constructs a comprehensive index system of high-quality economic development,calculates the index of high-quality economic development,calculates the misallocation coefficient of innovation factors,and empirically analyzes the impact,mechanism and spatial spillover effect of the mismatch of innovation factors in high-quality economic development.The results show that,first,the misallocation of innovation factors significantly suppresses the high-quality economic development of Chinese urban agglomeration,it is stronger in the misallocation of capital factor of innovation.Second,among the influencing mechanisms of innovation factor misallocation for high-quality economic development,the highly developed urban agglomerations have a direct transmission mechanism,while the single-center urban agglomerations,multi-center urban agglomerations and less-developed urban agglomerations have an indirect mechanism through reducing the level of industrial transfer and reducing the regional innovation efficiency.Third,the influence of misallocation of two kinds of innovation factors on high-quality economic development has a spatial spillover effect.Therefore,in the process of high-quality economic development,it is necessary to break the barriers to the flow of innovation factors within urban agglomerations,strengthen the cooperative development among urban agglomerations,and formulate appropriate policies to alleviate the misallocation of innovation factors,promote industrial transfer and industrial structure upgrading,enhance innovation efficiency,and promote high-quality economic development according to different types of urban agglomerations.关键词
