制造企业数字化转型的驱动力与实现路径
The Driving Force and Realization Path of Digital Transformation in Manufacturing Enterprises:a Case Study Based on TOE Framework

Abstract
Digitalization has given manufacturing enterprises new growth drivers.Research on the driving force and realization path of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is helpful to promote the implementation of digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and accelerate the construction of manufacturing power and digital China.From a dynamic perspective,taking Geely Holding Group as an example,the driving force and realization path at different stages of its digital transformation were analyzed using TOE theoretical framework.The study shows that the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is driven by different factors in the three dimensions of"technology-organization-environment",the information digitalization stage is mainly driven by"technology embedding-policy support",and the business digitalization stage is mainly driven by"technology management-organizational change",and the industrial ecology digitization stage is mainly driven by"technology management-policy support".Based on this,the realization paths of digital transformation in different stages are designed.The findings enrich the research on digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and can also provide theoretical references for manufacturing enterprises to promote digital transformation systematically.关键词
