Research progress of tripartite motif in hepatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has the characteristics of insidious disease,easy metastasis,insensitivity to chemo-therapy,and extremely poor prognosis,which poses great challenges to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it is very important to explore molecular markers and therapeutic targets for more accurate diagnosis of HCC.Tripartite motif(TRIM)is a kind of protein with E3 ubiquitin ligase activity.At present,it is generally believed that TRIM plays a key role in the process of the proliferation,me-tastasis,and drug resistance of HCC,and its mechanism of action may involve multiple signaling pathways,which is expected to be-come a new target for HCC treatment.This article provides a review of the research progress of TRIM in HCC,providing a literature reference for the in-depth study of TRIM in HCC.关键词
