摘要

Abstract

Objective To compare the differences in curing depth and polymerization conversion rate between three types of bulk-filling resins and two traditional composite resins,so as to provide reference for selecting suitable resin filling materi-als in clinical practice.Methods 5 kinds of light-curing resins composite were selected,including bulk-filling resin com-posites(X-tra fill,SureFil SDR,Filtek bulk fill),conventional resin-based composites(Filtek Z250XT)and conventional flowable resin composites(Filtek Z350XT).Each resin was cured at a light intensity of 1000 mW/cm2,and 5 specimens were prepared for each resin.The curing depth of the resin was measured according to ISO 4049:2019 standard,and the polymerization conversion rate of the resin was detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Results Compared with conventional resin-based composites,the curing depth and polymerization conversion rate of bulk-filled resin composites were significantly improved(P<0.01).And among bulk-filled resin composite,the polymerization conversion rate of X-tra fill and SureFil SDR was higher than that of Filtek bulk fill.Conclusion The curing depth and polymerization conversion rate of bulk-filling resin are higher than those of traditional resin,and light-curing reaction is more sufficient,which is more suit-able for deep pit filling in clinical practice,and can improve working efficiency.
