颏下岛状皮瓣和游离前臂皮瓣对口腔癌术后软组织缺损的修复效果比较
Comparison on the Repair Effect of Submental Island Flap and Free Forearm Flap on the Soft Tissue Defects after Oral Cancer Surgery

Abstract
Objective To compare the repair effects of submental island flap and free forearm flap on the soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery.Methods 80 patients with soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery were divided into control group(40 cases,free forearm flap)and observation group(40 cases,submental island flap)according to different repair methods.The perioperative indicators,chewing efficiency and complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the survival rate of flaps between the two groups(P>0.05);The surgical time and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).6 months after repair,the masticatory efficiency of both groups increased,and no statistical difference was found in the masticatory efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 32.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with soft tissue defects after oral cancer surgery,both submental island flap and free forearm flap can effectively improve the chewing efficiency.However,compared with free forearm flap repair,submental island flap repair has relatively less intraoperative blood loss,faster postoperative recovery and lower incidence of complications.关键词
