金振口服液联合肺泡灌洗治疗难治性支原体肺炎儿童的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid Combined with Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Children with Re-fractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 89 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(59 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received alveolar lavage,and the observation group received Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory reactions(CRP,PCT),symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the CRP and PCT levels after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance time of fever,cough and wheezing symptoms was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Jinzhen oral liquid combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children has exact effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and inflammatory reactions,with higher safety.关键词
