孟鲁司特钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果及对其免疫功能的影响OA
Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Gamma Globulin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia and the Impact on the Immune Function
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果及对其免疫功能的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 11 月至 2023 年 10 月本院收治的 90 例MPP患儿,按照抽签法分为两组.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用孟鲁司特钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能和免疫功能.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 91.11%,高于对照组的 68.89%(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组潮气量(V-T)、达峰时间比(t-PTEF/t-E)、吸气中期流速/呼吸中期流速(MTIF/MTEF)高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠联合丙种球蛋白治疗MPP的效果明显,可改善患儿的肺功能及免疫功能.
Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and the effect on immune function.Methods 90 MPP children admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to lottery method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,lung function and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.11%,higher than 68.89%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the V-T,t-PTEF/t-E and MTIF/MTEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgG,IgA and IgM levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with gamma globulin has obvious effect in the treatment of MPP,which can improve the lung function and immune function of children.
