系统化整体护理对缺血性脑卒中患者情绪及认知功能的影响OA
Impact of Systematic Holistic Nursing on Emotions and Cognitive Function in Patients with Ischemic Stroke
目的 探讨系统化整体护理对缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者情绪及认知功能的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 4 月至 2023 年 2月我院收治的 80 例IS患者,随机分为观察组与对照组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统化整体护理.比较两组的情绪评分、认知功能.结果 干预后,两组状态焦虑量表(SAI)评分降低,且观察组SAI评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分高于对照组,疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 系统化整体护理可减轻IS患者焦虑情绪及疾病不确定感,改善其认知功能.
Objective To explore the impact of systematic holistic nursing on emotions and cognitive function in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods 80 IS patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic holistic nursing.The emotional score and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the State Anxiety Inventory(SAI)scores of the two groups decreased,and the SAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of Medical Uncertainty Inventory Scale(MUIS)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic holistic nursing can alleviate the anxiety and disease uncertainty in IS patients,and improve the cognitive function.
