腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的病原学特征及危险因素分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the pathogenic features and risk factors of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis(PDAP).Methods 166 patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from May 2019 and May 2023 were selected and divided into peritonitis group(n =52)and non-peritonitis group(n =114).The abdominal dialysis fluids were collected from peritonitis group for pathogen cultivation and the risk factors for PDAP were analyzed.Results In 52 peritoneal dialysis fluid samples,43 patients showed positive bacterial culture,with a total of 44 strains of pathogenic bacteria,including 29 strains of Gram positive bacteria(mainly S.epidermidis and S.aureus),12 strains of Gram negative bacteria,and 3 strains of fungi.Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus,Alb,K+and PTH were risk factors for PDAP(P<0.05).Conclusions The pathogens of PDAP are mainly Gram-positive bacteria,with S.epidermidis and S.aureus being the most common pathogens.Diabetes mellitus,low Alb,high blood potassium,and high PTH are risk factors for occurrence of PDAP.关键词
