医用耗材SPD管理模式在某三级公立医院的应用实践与成效
Application Practice and Effect of SPD Management Mode of Medical Consumables in a Tertiary Public Hospital

Abstract
Objective To construct the medical consumables fine management mode under the SPD supply chain management mode,and apply it in a grade Ⅲ public hospital,to explore its application practice and specific effects.Methods Based on the construction of SPD mode,the effects before and after its application were analyzed from the aspects of consumption of single surgical consumables,inventory time of central warehouse,collection and inventory time of consumables in clinical departments,abnormal charging situation of high-value consumables,etc.Results After the application of SPD mode in a grade Ⅲ public hospital,the mean consumption of single surgical consumables decreased from(13520.83±1182.14)yuan to(12328.91±1366.50)yuan,the cost of single surgery decreased,and the result was statistically significant(t=5.661,P=0.030).The inventory time of the central warehouse was significantly reduced,the inventory turnover days of consumables in clinical departments decreased from 10 days per time to 2 days per time on average,the time spent on consumables collection and inventory was reduced,and the work efficiency was improved(P<0.05).After SPD mode was applied,the abnormal charging situation of high value consumables was significantly improved(P<0.001).Conclusion SPD mode is an efficient management mode which conforms to science and technology,medical reform policy and high-quality development of hospitals,and can effectively improve the refined management level of medical consumables in public hospitals.关键词
