以监护仪、输液泵、注射泵为例对全院级医疗设备集中管理模式的实践与探索
Research and Practice on the Centralized Management Mode of Medical Equipment in the Hospital Taking Monitor,Infusion Pump and Injection Pump as Examples

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing the centralized management mode of life-support medical equipment in the hospital,to improve the level of refined management of medical equipment.Methods Three types of equipment including monitor,infusion pump and injection pump in our hospital were selected.Operation system was established based on operation mode and performance analysis,and centralized management center of medical equipment was established to implement centralized management of the whole hospital.The data from July to October 2021 were selected as the control group,the data from July to October 2022 were selected as the study group.The use efficiency of the three types of equipments in the two groups of data and the maintenance cycle of the monitors in the two groups of data were compared.Results After the implementation of centralized management,the use efficiency of infusion pump increased by 9.37%(P﹤0.05),the use efficiency of monitor increased by 15.07%(P﹤0.05),the average maintenance period of the monitor was shortened by 55.93%(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The centralized management mode of medical equipment can improve the use efficiency of equipment,reduce operating cost and management challenges.Medical institutions should constantly optimize the management measures and promote the fine management of medical equipment.关键词
