Abstract
The cultivation of standardization talents in China started relatively late,with problems such as weak foundation,incomplete system,and unclear development direction.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the distribution and responsibilities of standardization talent needs and carry out demand-driven and goal-oriented targeted standardization talent cultivation,this paper uses web crawler technology to obtain standardization talent recruitment demand data from major recruitment websites such as 51job,Liepin,Boss direct recruitment,and Zhitong Talents.It statistically analyzes and correlates the research data in three aspects:job distribution,job responsibilities,and job abilities.It fully analyzes the characteristics of the demand for standardization talents in society and enterprises,and provides reference for the construction of standard majors and the formulation of talent training plans in Chinese universities.关键词
