摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development and changes of the new market environment,the construction of a standardization system for theater management has become particularly important.Establishing a standardization system can improve the management efficiency of theaters,optimize resource allocation,improve service quality,and thereby enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of theaters.This article aims to explore the necessity of establishing a standardization system for theater management in the new market environment and propose corresponding construction plans.Through in-depth research on the characteristics and current situation of theater management with the combination of practical cases,it analyzes the needs and changes in the new market environment,and proposes a specific construction plan for the standardization management system.It is expected to establish and implement this standardization system to improve the allocation capacity of theater resources,transform resource advantages into industrial advantages,and better adapt to the new market environment in the future.关键词
