摘要

Abstract

Food safety has become a key concern of people's livelihood,and food safety supervision and sampling inspection is an important measure to ensure food safety.Under the background of the implementation of food safety strategy,this paper focuses on the analysis of relevant rules and administrative regulations issued by the state,and puts forward the administrative regulations and sampling procedure norms that should be followed in food sampling.This paper expounds the legal control of food safety supervision and sampling inspection in the aspects of rules and regulations,index setting,scope of application,power and responsibility,and procedural norms.According to the scientific and reasonable national food safety standards,this paper briefly describes the legal control norms of food safety supervision and sampling inspection from the dimensions such as setting indicators,hygiene requirements,scope of application,and inspection methods.
