摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet economy,online catering industry is showing an explosive growth with more and more related food safety problems.How to supervise online catering food safety become an important problem to be instantly resolved.Taking Jining city as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive survey of the current situation of online catering food safety supervision in Jining,analyzes deeply the problems of the supervision process,and puts forward measures and suggestions for establishing an effective regulatory mechanism,in order to help the healthy development of online catering industry.
