摘要
Abstract
The safety of food contact materials is directly related to the safety of the food they come into contact with,and is a key factor in controlling food safety.In recent years,in the trend of strengthening food safety supervision and safeguarding the safety of food contact materials,countries around the world have been strengthening the safety management of food contact materials.China has also successively introduced multiple national mandatory safety standards for food contact materials,which are basically in line with international standards.In the field of plastic products where the use of food packaging materials is relatively concentrated,their safety is receiving increasing attention.This article briefly describes the national standards for the safety of plastic products for food contact,explores the safety inspection issues of plastic products,in order to optimize the test results,identify the potential risks,and provide assistance for improving the safety of plastic packaging for food contact in China.关键词
