Research on Non-destructive Rapid Flaw Detection of Portal Crane Based on Ultrasonic Signal

Abstract
The current conventional non-destructive rapid flaw detection method for portal cranes mainly uses detection equipment to scan the detection area to identify and thus obtain damage information,which leads to low accuracy of non-destructive flaw detection due to the existence of scanning blind areas.In this regard,the non-destructive rapid flaw detection method of portal crane based on ultrasonic signals is proposed.By using multiple independent and different angles of ultrasonic probes for combination,the detection scan blind area is narrowed.Combined with the filtering algorithm,denoising is carried out for the collected ultrasonic signal data,while extracting the time domain energy characteristics of the ultrasonic signal.Finally,by calculating the ultrasonic signal transmission round trip time,the specific location of the crane surface crack defect is obtained to achieve nondestructive rapid flaw detection.In the experiment,the proposed method is tested for nondestructive flaw detection performance.The experimental results show that the axial positioning error value is low when the proposed method is used to detect different types of crack defects,and has a more desirable flaw detection accuracy.关键词
