摘要

Abstract

With the continuous development and technological progress of the coal industry,the demand for new energy is expanding.Lithium-ion batteries and chargers,as representatives of new energy technologies,have tremendous potential and development space.Recently,China Mining Products Safety Approval and Certification Center has successively released technical requirements for mine explosion-proof lithium-ion battery power supplies,mine explosion-proof lithium-ion chargers,and supercapacitor chargers.The requirements for charging stations have also been significantly increased,not only for battery power sources.This indicates several future development directions for underground chargers.Firstly,underground chargers will focus more on performance and environmental protection,requiring the adoption of more efficient charging methods and technologies.Secondly,intelligence and unmanned operation will also become an important trend.When necessary,advanced sensors and control systems should be used to achieve automation control and monitoring,thereby improving the efficiency and safety of chargers.In order to explore the application and development of underground chargers,this paper selects several different types of chargers and compares their main performance indicators such as steady current accuracy,voltage stability,efficiency,and electromagnetic compatibility through experimental comparisons,which provides a reference basis for the application and development of underground chargers.
