电感耦合等离子体质谱法在固体废弃物半定量分析中的研究
Study on Semi-quantitative Analysis of Solid Waste by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
In order to quickly analyze the types and concentration ranges of metal elements in solid waste,a semi-quantitative analysis method for metal elements in solid waste using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)by collision/reaction cell was developed.Analysis was conducted on solid waste and reference materials generated in four different typical industries.The experimental results showed that this semi-quantitative analysis method is very suitable for samples with a single and uniform matrix such as reference materials,and has a high accuracy.The relative error of each element was within±10%;The relative deviation of the semi quantitative analysis results of actual samples was within 30%,and the relative deviation of V,Ni,As,Sr,Ba was even controlled within 10%.For solid waste samples with different matrices,this semi-quantitative analysis method has good quantitative ability for sample analysis at concentration levels of μg/L~mg/L.The method is simple,quick and accurate,and can be used as a reliable rapid analysis method for preliminary screening of solid waste,identification of hazard characteristics,water pollution and other environmental emergencies.关键词
