摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of the digital era,the digital literacy of teachers has become a core competency that cannot be ignored in the field of education.The evaluation and improvement of digital literacy of local university teachers can not only adapt to new teaching requirements in the new era and improve teaching quality,but also promote the improvement of teachers'professional abilities and meet the development needs of the digital society.The article introduces the standardization evaluation methods for digital literacy of local university teachers,including developing evaluation standards and tools,designing evaluation processes,and introduces effective strategies to improve the digital literacy of local university teachers,in order to enable teachers to better use digital technology to improve the quality of university teaching.
