Abstract
In medical universities,the education and management of intern Party members is an important part of the political and ideological education of university students.But due to the problems of scattered practice places,long internship period and uncentralized education and management,it brings great challenges to the education and management of intern Party members in universities.Therefore,it is one of the important tasks for student Party building workers in medical universities to improve the ability of education and management of student Party members in medical universities.This paper mainly explores the existing problems in the management of intern Party members in medical universities from the perspective of standardization construction of the Party branch,and explores a new path to solve the standardized education and management of intern Party members,in order to solve the pain points commonly existed in the education and management of Party members in medical universities and further promote the standardized management of intern Party members.关键词
