摘要

Abstract

Standardized training is an important step of nursing personnel training,which is of great significance for the construction of excellent nursing team.In recent years,the educational model of standardized training nurses has gradually increased,making up for the shortcomings of the original education model and effectively improving the educational effect.Gamified teaching model is a new teaching model widely used in modern teaching.In recent years,its application in medical clinical teaching gradually increased,and achieved good results.At present,in the standardized training of nurses,gamified teaching mode has been tried,which is helpful to improve the learning effect of nurses and improve their learning enthusiasm with high clinical teaching application value.Therefore,the progress of gamified teaching model in clinical teaching of standardized training nurses is summarized and analyzed in the paper.
