摘要
Abstract
Counselors in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges are the backbone of ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges.Counselor ability development is related to student growth and school development.Based on the analysis of the research on the standardization improvement of the counselors'ability in secondary colleges of a higher vocational college,this paper explores the professionalization mode of the counselor team construction,explores the effective counselor performance incentive mechanism,and builds a high-quality and sustainable counselor team,providing reference for the counselor team construction in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges.关键词
