Occupational Exposure Risk Factors and Standardized Protective Strategies for Midwives in Delivery Rooms
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of occupational exposure of midwives in the delivery room and the standardized protective strategies.Methods:A total of 30 midwives from Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected.15 midwives who did not take standardized protective measures were selected as the control group,and 15 midwives who took standardized protective measures were selected as the observation group.The occupational exposure of the two groups was compared,the causes of exposure were analyzed,and the corresponding standardized protection strategies were proposed.Results:The occurrence of occupational exposure and post-exposure treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized protective strategies can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposure in midwives'work,and has positive significance for protecting midwives'health.关键词
