膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜术后的标准化康复护理干预研究
Study on Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention after Arthroscopic Operation of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To study the implementation effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)after arthroscopic surgery.Methods:50 KOA patients who received arthroscopic treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(25 cases,conventional nursing)and the observation group(25 cases,standardized rehabilitation nursing).The implementation effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing symptoms for 3d and 7d in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Lysholm score and knee curvature in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic treatment can effectively promote the relief of symptoms,and promote the recovery of knee function.It is beneficial for reducing pain,so as to achieve postoperative life quality improvement.关键词
