Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From January 2021 to March 2022,100 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group respectively,with 50 cases in each group.The former received standardized nursing,the latter received routine nursing.Results:The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for diabetic nephropathy patients has significant clinical application value.关键词
