Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized early exercise nursing on the prognosis of patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal malignancy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups by random bicolor method,with 30 in the control group and 30 in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized early exercise nursing.The clinical recovery indexes,nursing satisfaction,immunological indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,feeding time,exhaust time,defecation time,getting out of bed time and hospital stay of patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal malignancy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of infection,adhesion,abdominal abscess and intestinal obstruction in the observation group was lower than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized early exercise nursing has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients undergoing surgery for gastrointestinal malignancy,so standardized early exercise nursing is more valuable to popularize.关键词
