规范化综合护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果及预后影响
Application Effect and Prognostic Influence of Standardized Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect and prognostic impact of standardized comprehensive nursing in postoperative care of gastric cancer.Methods:70 gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 35 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the research group implemented standardized comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The effectiveness of the intervention was compared.Results:The levels of gastrointestinal hormones in the research group were better than those in the reference group;The prognosis of the research group was better than that of the reference group;The postoperative complications in the research group were lower than those in the reference group;The difference in indicator comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized comprehensive nursing to postoperative care of gastric cancer patients can effectively improve their postoperative gastrointestinal hormone levels,promote rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the process of physical recovery.关键词
