Abstract
Objective:To analyze the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with colorectal cancer after operation by standardized nursing path.Methods:From March 2020 to October 2022,80 patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given standardized nursing path.The quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions,patients'satisfaction with nursing after intervention,and follow-up five-year survival rate were analyzed.Results:The quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and 5-year survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the total defect rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the quality of life scores before nursing(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing path in the nursing of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and quality of life and bring exact nursing effect,which is worth recommending in clinical application.关键词
