Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing intervention on patients with painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2023,200 patients receiving painless gastroscopy in the Endoscopy Center of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received standardized nursing intervention.The nursing effects such as heart rate,mean arterial pressure,examination time,satisfaction rate and complication rate were compared and analyzed.Results:The nursing effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing intervention in patients with painless gastroenteroscopy can effectively ensure the stability of patients'vital signs,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
