Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of standardized psychological nursing intervention on intravenous thrombolytic therapy of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:64 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected for clinical data analysis.32 cases of routine basic nursing intervention were included in the routine group,and 32 cases of routine basic nursing and standardized psychological nursing intervention were included in the personality group.The nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the personality group was 93.75%,higher than the 75.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,glutathione peroxidase,C-reactive protein,anxiety and depression scores,neurological deficit scores,pain scores and complication rate in the personality group were all lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The score of daily living ability and the rate of doctor's order compliance in the personality group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute ischemic stroke,supplemented by standardized psychological nursing intervention has positive effects on the improvement of psychological and physiological conditions,prevention of complications,improvement of clinical efficacy,improvement of compliance behavior,pain relief,neurological function recovery and so on,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
