Effect of Standardized Holistic Nursing on Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Myocardial Infarction
目的:研究标准化整体护理对心肌梗死患者康复及生活质量的影响.方法:选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的心肌梗死患者60例,采取随机抽签方法分两组,每组30例.对照组为常规护理,观察组采用标准化整体护理.结果:标准化整体护理左室射血分数高于常规护理干预,左心室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径低于常规护理干预(P＜0.05).观察组总满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组心肌梗死多维度量表(MIDAS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.0…查看全部>>
