标准化整体护理对心肌梗死患者康复及生活质量的影响
Effect of Standardized Holistic Nursing on Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized holistic nursing on rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized holistic nursing.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction of standardized holistic nursing was higher than that of conventional nursing intervention,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and end-systolic diameter were lower than that of conventional nursing intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The myocardial infarction multidimensional scale(MIDAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of GQOLI-74 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized holistic nursing has a positive effect on rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with myocardial infarction,and has the value of popularization.关键词
