标准化护理在呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗中的效果研究
Effect of Standardized Nursing in Non-invasive Ventilator Treatment of Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing on patients with emergency respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator.Methods:A total of 80 patients with respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator treatment in the Emergency Department of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.They received routine nursing and standardized nursing respectively.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of SF-36 in both groups increased significantly compared with that before nursing,and the increase in the study group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for emergency respiratory failure patients receiving non-invasive ventilator treatment can improve the quality of life and have higher satisfaction with nursing,which has high clinical application value.关键词
