标准化护理在呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗中的效果研究OACHSSCD
Effect of Standardized Nursing in Non-invasive Ventilator Treatment of Respiratory Failure
目的:对急诊呼吸衰竭行无创呼吸机治疗患者采取标准化护理的效果进行探究.方法:选择2022年1月至2023年3月急诊行无创呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭患者80例,以随机数表法分成对照组、研究组各40例,分别采取常规护理、标准化护理.比较生存质量、护理满意度.结果:研究组、对照组护理前未见明显的差异(P＞0.05).护理后,两组健康状况调查表(SF-36)得分相比于护理前均有明显增长,研究组增长幅度比对照组大(P＜0.05).研究组比对照组护理满意度高(P＜0.05).结论:急诊呼吸衰竭患者接受无创呼吸机治疗时开展标准化护理可以提高生存质量,患者对护理有较高的满意度,具有较高临床应用价值.
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing on patients with emergency respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator.Methods:A total of 80 patients with respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator treatment in the Emergency Department of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.They received routine nursing and standardized nursing respectively.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of SF-36 in both groups increased significantly compared with that before nursing,and the increase in the study group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for emergency respiratory failure patients receiving non-invasive ventilator treatment can improve the quality of life and have higher satisfaction with nursing,which has high clinical application value.
