腔镜下耳后发际线径路面神经顺行解剖后腮腺良性肿瘤切除术的临床分析
Endoscopic resection of benign parotid gland tumors after antegrade facial nerve dissection via a retroauricular hairline incision
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of endoscopic resection of benign parotid gland tumors after antegrade facial nerve dissection via a retroauricular hairline incision.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 3 patients with parotid gland tumors(＜3 cm in diameter)located in the superficial lobe,who were treated with endoscopic resection of the tumor and partial superficial lobe after antegrade facial nerve dissection via a retroauricular hairline incision from July 2022 to September 2022.Results Endoscopic resection was successfully performed in all cases with optimal cosmetic outcomes.Postoperative complications,such as hemorrhage,salivary fistulas and facioplegia,were not reported.Conclusion Endoscopic resection of benign parotid gland tumors after antegrade facial nerve dissection via a retroauricular hairline incision is a feasible surgical approach with optimal cosmetic outcomes.关键词
