中老年人心血管代谢性共病患病率与影响因素的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the prevalence and influencing factors of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity in middle-aged and elderly

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prevalence and influencing factors of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity in middle-aged and elderly people.Methods We searched the CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane library,Embase,Scopus databases to retrieve the literature related to the prevalence of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity.The retrieval time was from the establish-ment of the database to the present.Two researchers independently completed the literature inclusion,data extraction,quality evalua-tion,and then analyzed by Stata17.0.Results A total of 14 studies involving 332,932 participants were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the prevalence of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity in middle-aged and elderly people was 14.6%(95%CI 10.0～19.2),and the risk of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity was higher in women,elderly people,urban people,peo-ple with better economic status,overweight or obesity,and people with depression.Conclusion The prevalence of cardiovascular metabolic comorbidity in middle-aged and elderly people is high.Researchers can do a good job in prevention and management of high-risk groups.Policy makers can tilt social resources for vulnerable groups and improve the overall health level.关键词
