基于二八法则的高血压中医健康教育内容构建
Content construction of Chinese medicine health education on hypertension based on the Twenty-eight Law
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct the content of TCM health education for hypertension patients based on the Twenty-eight Law.Methods Through literature retrieval,guidelines,inquiry,evidence-based research and other methods,the first draft of TCM health education for patients with hypertension was determined,and after two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation to determine the content of TCM health education for patients with hypertension,the key points and general health education content were divided according to the theory of Twenty-eight Law.Results After two rounds of Delphi letter inquiry,the expert opinions tended to agree,the recovery rate was 100%,the authority coefficient of 0.96 and 0.98 respectively.The difference between the two rounds was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05),and the final content of TCM health education for patients with hypertension included 56 items in 7 dimensions.Among them,45 general health education contents and 11 key health education contents were determined according to the Twenty-eight Law.Conclusion The key elements under the Twenty-eight Law;are feasible,credible and reliable for clinical hyper-tension health education program,which can provide reference for the content of clinical TCM health education program.关键词
