Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of sleep disturbance in patients with acute cerebral infarction,explore the relevant influencing factors.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into sleep dis-order group and non-sleep disorder group according to Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI),sex,age,infarct site,BIM index,NIHSS score,Barthel index,Hamilton anxiety and depression scale,history of coronary heart disease and hypertension were compared between the two groups,to analyze the related factors of sleep disturbance in patients with cerebral infarction.Results Among 108 patients,52 patients had sleep disorder,56 patients had no sleep disorder,the incidence was 48.15%.Logistic regression analysis showed that,Old age,Lobar infarction,high BMI,high scores of depression and anxiety,severe neurological impairment,poor ability of daily living and coronary heart disease were the risk factors of sleep disturbance in patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion The incidence of sleep disturbance after cerebral infarction is high,and there are many influencing factors,especially in lobar infarction.The evalua-tion and management of sleep disturbance in patients with cerebral infarction should be strengthened,and drug,nerve regulation and psychological intervention should be actively carried out to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarc-tion,return to society and family.关键词
