Abstract
Objective Analysis of the characteristics of left ventricular diastolic function velocity parameters in elderly patients with preserved ejection fraction after non-cardiac surgery. Methods From November 2021 to March 2023,the clinical data and ech-ocardiographic parameters of 156 postoperative patients were collected and analyzed. They were divided into age≥65 years old(elder-ly group)and age<65 years old(non-elderly group). The clinical baseline data, past medical history, operation status, postoperative medication and fluid supplementation, and ICU treatment outcome were collected. The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E peak velocity(E)and A wave velocity(A)of mitral valve blood flow, mitral valve color M-type blood flow velocity(Vp),early dias-tolic mitral valve motion velocity of interventricular septum and lateral wall, tricuspid regurgitation velocity(TR)were measured in the two groups after operation, and the average early diastolic mitral valve motion velocity(e′),E/A,E/Vp and E/e were calculated. The differences of clinical data and ultrasound parameters between the two groups were compared, and the correlation between age and other parameters was analyzed. Results The number of patients with hypertension, diabetes, intraoperative tachycardia, postoperative diuretics,vasodilators,β-blockers,insulin and other drugs, and the daily negative fluid balance in the elderly group were higher than those in the non-elderly group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The echocardiographic parameters TR,E/e′and E/Vp in the elderly group were greater than those in the non-elderly group. The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was a positive correlation between age and tricuspid regurgitation velocity(r =0.379,P =0.03),age and E/e′(r = 0.345,P =0.007).Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic function may be more likely to deteriorate in elderly patients after opera-tion,which should be paid more attention to in clinical practice.关键词
