广西全州县癫痫共患抑郁症现状及其影响因素分析
Present situation and influencing factors of Depression in Patients with Epilepsy in Quanzhou County,Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and explore the influencing factors of depression in epilepsy patients in Quanzhou County,Guilin City,Guangxi Province,aiming to raise awareness of depression comorbidity with epilepsy at the grassroots level and provide reference for maintaining the psychological health.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among epilep-sy patients in Quanzhou County,who have undergone initial screening and neurologist review.Basic information,such as the name,gender and age was collected.The Chinese version of the NDDI-E scale was used to assess the depression in epilepsy pa-tients.Factors that may influence the depression in epilepsy patients were analyzed,and meaningful variables in the univariate analy-sis were included in the multiple logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 480 epilepsy patients were included in this study,with 168 cases(35.0%)having depression.In the univariate analysis,the frequency of seizures in the past year(P =0.048),whether or not they received treatment with antiepileptic drugs(AED)(P =0.024),comorbid anxiety(P<0.001)and migraine(P<0.001)had an impact on the occurrence of comorbid depression in epilepsy patients and the differences were statistically significant.The re-sults of binary logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the frequency of seizures in the past year(OR =1.008,P =0.015)the epilepsy patients suffered,the more likely they had comorbid depression.Anxiety(OR =33.601,P<0.001)and migraine(OR = 3.804,P<0.001)were risk factors for comorbid depression in epilepsy patients.Conclusion The prevalence of comorbid depres-sion in epilepsy in Quanzhou County is 35.0%,and the risk factors influencing comorbid depression in epilepsy include the frequen-cy of seizures in the past year,comorbid anxiety and migraine.关键词
