失能老年人健康自我管理行为及影响因素分析
Analysis of health self-management behavior and influencing factors of disabled elderly people

Abstract
Objective To explore the health self-management behavior of the disabled elderly and analyze its influencing fac-tors.Methods From August 2022 to June 2023,the elderly were screened for disability by using the Daily Living Ability Scale,and 632 disabled elderly were assessed by the Health Self-management Behavior Scale.The current situation of health self-management behavior of disabled elderly was analyzed by descriptive analysis,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regres-sion.Results The average score of health self-management behavior of the disabled elderly was(2.71±0.502).The same age,ma-rital status,education level,previous occupation(work),smoking,living conditions,children's living distance,whether they are ac-companied by family members when they are sick,whether they are suffering from chronic diseases,health status and sleep quality have significant differences on the health self-management behavior of the disabled elderly(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that education level,whether they smoke,live with grandchildren and whether they are accompanied by fami-ly members when they are sick.Conclusion The level of health self-management behavior of the disabled elderly is poor,and the level of health self-management of the disabled elderly can be improved by strengthening the prevention of chronic diseases,promo-ting healthy lifestyle behaviors and caring for children.关键词
