摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of flow experience on the resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Meth-ods A questionnaire survey was conducted among elderly patients with chronic diseases in rural areas of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(Qiannan Prefecture)using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and self-designed questionnaires(General Situation Questionnaire,Flow Experience Scale FLOW).The data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS 22.0 software.Re-sults The total score of resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases was(61.63±10.45)points,with a score rate of 61.3%.The influencing factors of resilience in elderly patients with chronic diseases are divided into internal factors[flow experience(8 di-mensions),sense of control,etc.]and external factors(age,educational level,economic status,medical security situation,ADL sta-tus,social support,personal behavior,gender,marital status,etc.).Among them,the internal factors have a greater impact on resili-ence scores than external factors,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Gender,marital status,age,and educational level have no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases is at a moderate to low level,and the effect value ratio of flow experience in the resilience of elderly patients with chronic diseases is 61.2%.
