老年2型糖尿病患者肌少症影响因素的范围综述
A Scoping review of the influencing factors of sarcopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To scoping review the influencing factors of sarcopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,and pro-vide reference and basis for clinical prevention,screening and intervention.Methods Guided by the method and framework of the scope review,the research questions were determined.Through systematic retrieval of the Chinese and English literature databases,two researchers screened and extracted the literature on the related studies on the factors affecting sarcopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from the establishment of the database to June 31,2023,summarized the research results,and made qualitative analy-sis.Results Finally,28 articles were included,including 9259 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,involving 33 influencing fac-tors.Sarcopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is related to Demography factors(age,gender,education level,need for assis-ted walking,smoking,drinking),disease related factors(diabetes course,chronic complications of diabetes,use of hypoglycemic drugs,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome),physiological and biochemical index factors(Glycated hemoglobin,Fasting blood glucose,fasting C-peptide,ferritin,serum albumin,urinary albumin,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D,free thyrox-ine,lipoprotein a,myostatin),Human body measurement indicators(BMI,visceral fat area,bone mineral content,hip circumference,waist circumference,calf circumference,trunk fat mass,trunk muscle mass)are related to other factors(exercise,depression,mild im-pairment of self-care function).Conclusion The occurrence of sarcopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is related to de-mography factors,disease related factors,physiological and biochemical indicators,anthropometric indicators and other factors,provi-ding reference and basis for future identification of high-risk patients with sarcopenia,management of risk factors,prevention or delay of the process of sarcopenia.关键词
