老年患者术后谵妄危险因素及防治策略的研究进展
Research Progress on risk factors and prevention strategies of postoperative delirium in the elderly patients
摘要
Abstract
postoperative delirium is a common postoperative complication of elderly patients with a high incidence rate and mor-tality,and it has become a major problem in the medical field.Postoperative delirium is an acute and fluctuating mental state change,characterized by a decrease in consciousness level and attention disorder.It has four characteristics:acute onset and fluctuating chan-ges in illness condition,inattention,confusion in thinking,and changes in consciousness level.As there are many factors affecting the occurrence and development of postoperative delirium,how to accurately and timely assess the high-risk factors of patients and make medical care strategies is the key to prevent and treat POD.Multi component and non drug interventions are still the first choice for the prevention and treatment of POD.At present,there is no sufficient clinical medical evidence to support drug intervention.More at-tention should be paid to individualized medication,and antipsychotics should not be used as a means of routine prevention of POD in clinical.Interdisciplinary,three-dimensional and whole process prevention and control strategies are the next key research direc-tion.This article focuses on the risk factors and prevention strategies of postoperative delirium in elderly patients,so as to provide ref-erence for further improving the understanding of medical staff on postoperative delirium in elderly patients and the choice of preven-tion and treatment measures.关键词
