1例以梅毒为诱因的脊髓炎继发脑梗死患者报告
A case report of a patient with spinal cord inflammation secondary to cerebral infarction induced by syphilis
摘要
Abstract
Syphilis,as one of the major venereal diseases,is a chronic infectious disease caused by Treponema pallidum infec-tion.Due to the informal means of early treatment of syphilis,central nervous system diseases are often induced,causing a series of complex clinical symptoms,leading to the emergence of neurosyphilis.This report is based on a syphilis patient admitted to Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital.The patient suffered from syphilis-induced myelitis and cerebral infarction.Through the analysis of the patient's medical records,admission examinations and clinical characteristics,and combined with relevant literature to discuss the pathogenic characteristics of syphilis,improve clinicians'awareness of the hazards of syphilis,study the clinical manifestations and di-agnostic characteristics of neurosyphilis,formulate personalized rehabilitation treatment plans,and maximize the improvement of patients'functional levels.At the same time,improve the clinical diagnosis level of clinicians for spinal cord and cerebrovascular le-sions caused by unknown reasons,increase the awareness of related diagnosis and treatment,take into account the possibility of syphi-lis,so as to make early diagnosis and treatment,and reduce clinical missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.关键词
