Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral training combined with Yongquan acupoint sticking on cogni-tive weakness in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods 210 elderly hypertensive patients who met the inclusion and exclusion cri-teria in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into an interven-tion group and a control group using a random number table method,with 105 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with routine antihypertensive drugs by the supervising doctor based on their condition.The control group received routine care and treatment,while the intervention group received cognitive behavior training combined with Yongquan acupoint application treat-ment.The comprehensive efficacy and cognitive decline of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared.Re-sults There was no statistically significant difference in general information such as gender,age,hypertension grade,and course be-tween the two groups of patients(P>0.05).In this study,the total effective rate of the intervention group after intervention was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The decrease in systolic and dias-tolic blood pressure in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of cognitive decline in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group after intervention,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral training combined with Yongquan acupoint application can help improve the cognitive weakness of elderly hypertensive patients,and improve the antihy-pertensive effect and blood pressure control ability of patients.关键词
