Construction of the policy framework for a global community of health for all
摘要
Abstract
The initiative of building"A Global Community of Health for All"has become an important global public poli-cy proposed by China.According to the definition of the policy framework in policy science,this article traces the ideological origins of this initiative through a reverse policy process path.This article posits that a firm belief in the prospects of human social development,the methodology of dialectical materialism,and Chinese traditional culture constitute the ideological un-derpinnings of the initiative.关键词
