基于TAM模型的县域居民对医共体互联网医疗平台使用意愿研究

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the quality of Internet medical platform on county residents willingness to use the platform on the basis of technology acceptance model(TAM),and to put forward targeted suggestions.Methods Aiming at the characteristics of Internet medical care,this study took the TAM model as theoretical basis,drew from the information system success model,adopted structural equation modeling to con-struct a model to explain residents'willingness to use Internet medical platform for medical community,and veri-fied the impact of service quality,information quality and system quality on residents willingness to use the plat-form.Results Totally 632 valid samples were collected through questionnaire survey,the results of which showed that service quality and information quality would affect residents'willingness to use the platform by affecting their perceived usefulness,while system quality would affect residents'willingness to use the platform by affecting their perceived ease of use.Conclusions Residents'willingness to use Internet medical service platform for medical community will be strengthened by improving the service quality,information quality and system quality of the plat-form.关键词
