东中西部四地乡村医生职业认知及影响因素研究
Occupational cognition and contributing factors of rural doctors in eastern,central and western regions of China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the professional cognition level and influencing factors of rural doctors by investigating the rural doctors from provinces of Guizhou,Hebei,Jilin and Tianjin who were enrolled in National Rural Health Personnel Training Program of Health Cooperation of Vocational Colleges.Methods SPSS 24.0 was used to make a descriptive analysis of the demographic characteristics,occupational cognition level,educational and training needs of the subjects.The factors influencing group occupational cognition level were analyzed by u-sing ordered multiple Logistic regression model.Results The research results showed that high level of profes-sional title,more professional learning and communication organized by the affiliated institutions,and closer con-tact with experts in superior hospitals had a significant positive impact on the cognitive level of rural doctors'ca-reer development,while more working years and overtime working had a significant negative impact on them.Con-clusions To promote rural doctors'professional identity the improvement of their abilities needs to be attached great importance to,and comprehensive measures should be taken from the aspects of in-depth understanding of ru-ral doctors'professional basis and needs,improvement in positive incentive system,and training according to lo-cal conditions.关键词
