基于4R理论的我国社区医院建设发展研究
The construction and development of Chinese community hospitals based on 4R theory
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the construction of community hospitals has been promoted all over China.This in-itiative has achieved positive results in improving the facilities of community-level medical and health institutions,expanding the capacity of quality medical resources,and enhancing community-level prevention and treatment ca-pacity.However,there are still some problems,such as weak medical service capacity of community hospitals,lack of interaction between doctors and patients,and patients'distrust of community hospitals.The authors aim to clarify the development status of Chinese community hospitals and find out the present weaknesses of community hospitals.Based on the 4R theoretical model,the development suggestions of community hospitals were put for-ward from four aspects of relationship,response,correlation and reward,so as to provide reference for the steady development of community hospitals in China.关键词
