2016-2021年我国村卫生室研究的热点及变迁
Research hotspots and changes in village clinics of China from 2016 to 2021
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the main research content,hotspots,and frontiers in the field of village clinics of China under the background of Healthy China,and to provide reference for promoting the sustainable de-velopment of village-level health service system.Methods Using CiteSpace software,we conducted core author and collaborative network co-occurrence analysis,institutional collaboration network co-occurrence analysis,key-word clustering analysis,and emergent word analysis on 1941 relevant literature retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2016 to 2021.Results The overall number of publications showed a downward trend from 2016 to 2021.A collaborative group consisting of several core authors had been formed in this research field,but a core author group had not yet been formed.The density of the institutional co-operation graph was only 0.0034,indicating poor inter institutional cooperation.Keyword clustering analysis yiel-ded 6 clusters,including rural areas,poverty alleviation via healthcare,rural doctor,etc.Conclusions The co-operation among authors and institutions in the research field of village clinics is poor.The main research hotspots focus on the implementation and influencing factors of two basic services in village clinics,the development of vil-lage clinics under the background of policies of poverty alleviation via healthcare,and the team construction and development of rural doctors.关键词
